What Makes StartLogic a Not So Smart Choice?
Uptime is quite unstable
Many customer reviews say that Startlogic’s servers can be quite unstable from time to time. Servers are said to be down for at least once a month. The worst thing is it even takes 24 to 48 hours to get the website up again. And a business website to be unavailable this long can cause major turn off to customers. And there really is no reason to settle for a web host that has unreliable servers when many are actually aiming to get 99% uptime. Although this continues to be a challenge for all web hosts.
Response time is slow
Customer service of StartLogic is very accommodating and efficient. But the response you will get from inquiries and requests you send them may take longer than you can endure. And this is not good at all for a business website that is very keen with time plan and business schedule.
Money Back Guarantee may not be a guarantee at all
Many Startlogic’s customers who pulled out from their web hosting services had difficulties in getting their refunds. In fact, many from these people are still waiting for their refunds up until now.

Awful. Cheap and awful at…
Awful. Cheap and awful at the same time. If you are not so serious about your website than might as well go for Startlogic. Price is so cheap. But basically you simply get what you pay for.

Customer support team has been…
Customer support team has been friendly to me since Day1. The set up was fast and I didn’t find any trouble at all. This is surprising I feel like I know nothing when it comes to these things. But it seems bad reviews are very common with Startlogic. I guess I still have a lot to know for the next couple of months. But hopefully, they are not as bad as how others say. Or I’ll switch to another web host in no time!

Startlogic? Got hosted by them…
Startlogic? Got hosted by them like 4 months ago, and guess what? I decided to give up on them just the 1st month of trying out their services. Unbelievable right? You see, the thing is, if you are a hosting company and you are not serious in providing quality hosting, just don’t do the business! Why? Because there are great web hosts out there! They’ll eat you up, and customers will just despise you all their lives once they switched to another web host and realized what a shame to have ever tried you out! I’m now with Ipage, and thank God I am!

I wonder why they even…
I wonder why they even did hosting in the first place. I bet most of their users think the same. They were pretty nice in the beginning. I really though it’s going to work. Hell, was I wrong???? Loading speed is bad, uptime is bad, everything is bad.

I’ve been with Startlogic for…
I’ve been with Startlogic for the past 3 months now. My website was launched and I like it, although I’ve been noticing that the uptime can be quite unstable. I called them to complain about this and they assured me that everything will be taken care of. I noticed that my site went back immediately although it did not went down just once. And it really is starting to scare me. I do hope it’s not going to be this way for the next weeks to come. It’ll be a pain to find another web host again!!!

The good thing about domain…
The good thing about domain services are that there are many packages, well, some of them, anyway, the great thing about these packages is that, like in startlogic, You can choose from the packages depending on your needs, most especially on your finanncial capacity. I first started with the $4 dollar plan, and then, when my business paid off, i got the unlimited package for $6. It helped me alot because now, i am not worried that the space will not be enough. However, there are little problems, the uptime is not that fluent. there are times that when it’s not performing well, the customer support will not help you quickly.

Compared to other webhosting sites, startlogic is not that famous. maybe because they have no good advertisement skills or they lack on publicity. Eitherway, here it goes. startlogic has 3 types of packages. it has the starte, pro and the vps. the starter is good for the money however, it doesnt support unlimited space. unlimited space is important even if your are just posting words. you will never know when it will give out. the 60GB is not that big compared to, ofcourse, unlimited one because through time, the 60gb will run out. and you will be in big problem when that happens.

I hate that startlogic doesn’t…
I hate that startlogic doesn’t have a decent plan for unlimited use. If you are a videographer and you put up a site that will contain many videos showcasing your work, startlogic will just defeat the purpose because of the fact that videos need a lot of space, ergo big files on a plan that doesnt have unlimited feature will just go to waste. though with this setback, the only good thing about startlogic is its uptime and web builder.

I wouldn't give these non-English…
I wouldn’t give these non-English speaking a** clowns another dime of my money. They have the worst bunch of d******* working there and the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.
